In case others have the autoimmune disease Lichen Planus happen during treatment...

I thought I'd finally share my embarassment and months of humiliation, pain and itchiness for all, so that if it happens to you or your loved one, you'll comprehend what it is.

The thing is, it's not restricted to any one area of the body. I've only photographed areas that umm, shouldn't highly offend. I also have it all over my scalp, I've had it on my eyelids, face, up my nose, on my back, breasts, rear...you name it. It isn't restricted to scratchable areas.

For me this started in June, and believe it or not, it looks 90% better than it did initially. So, the pics you see were taken this morning, that said, during the worst of it I hurt so badly I couldn't sleep at night, and there was no relief. Now it's tolerable.
